REGISTRATION

Players Criteria
  1. Players must be born on or after 1st January 2016
  2. TAR Asia Qualifiers is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The player, who already attended the TAR Asia Qualifiers tournament once, will not be allowed to participate in another edition/tournament twice.
  3. Girls are allowed to play TAR Asia Qualifiers and TAR U11 Promises, but must be born within the same year as the boys (2016).
How many players per team?
  • Minimum 10 players
  • Maximum 17 players per team.
Any Team Jersey Restriction?

Teams must provide Home and Away shirts with numbers.

Any Coach & staff restriction ?
  • Maximum 4 coaches & staff on the field.
  • Coaches and staff who is in the bench area, must wear the same uniforms and the OFFICIAL BADGE from the tournament.

What is the tournament schedule?

Friday 11th December 2026 : 16.00 – Opening Ceremony at Grand Richmond Hotel
Saturday 12th December 2026 : 09.00 – 18.00 – Tournament day (Group Stage)
Sunday 13th December 2026 : 09.00 – 18.00 – Tournament day (knockouts & ranking)

What is the competition format?

Saturday 13th December group stage format.

6 teams per group, total of 8 groups
5 games / each team
1st and 2nd to be qualified for LALIGA
3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th to play ranking stage on sunday

Sunday14th December

LA LIGA FORMAT: 16 teams qualify for La Liga, 4 Groups of 4 teams, 1st and 2nd of the group will play Knockouts, Quarter finals, Semi finals and finals.

RANKING SYSTEM: 17th to 48th position – 3 games each team

The 4 best 3rd position will go in one group of 4 and play 17th to 20th position
The 4 teams left 3rd position will go in one group of 4 and play for the 21st to 24th position
The 4 best 4th position will go in one group of 4 to play 25th to 28th position.
The 4 teams left 4th position will go in one group of 4 and play for the 29th to 32th position.
The 4 best 5th position will go in one group of 4 to play 33th to 36th position.
The 4 teams left 5th position will go in one group of 4 and play for the 37th to 40th position.
The 4 best 6th position will go in one group of 4 to play 41th to 44th position.
The 4 teams left 6th position will go in one group of 4 and play for the 45th to 48th position.

Pitch Size : 55 x 33 meters

Goal Size : 5.5 x 2.2 meters

RULES

Arrival and Duration of game
  • Teams must be ready at the entry of the pitch 10 minutes before the kick off
  • Duration of the match is 20 minutes. 2 parts of 10 minutes with a water break of 1 minute.
Substitution

Unlimited substitution is allowed. Notify the referee in advance before any substitution. Match no need to be stopped.

Red card
  • A player receiving a red card cannot go back in the game and the gravity of the action will be considered by TAR Asia organizers if the player will be suspended the following match.
  • Therefore the team can substitute him for another player after 2 minutes, so they will be always 7 players on the field.
Kick Off

No direct shoot from Kick off. (Ball must leave the center circle with a pass.)

Criteria of Classification

When 2 teams have the same number of points:

  1. Head to head
  2. Goal difference
  3. Goal scored
  4. Less goal conceded
  5. Youngest team
Penalty Shootout

In case of a draw during the elimination round, results of the match will be determined by penalty shootout 3 penalties per team, then sudden death.

Match Suspension

If a team arrive 3 minutes late, the match will be suspended and 3 points given to the team arrive on time. if there is agreement between officials, a friendly match will be played without counting the score.

Offside rule

Offside is applied in the torunament and it’s marked with a blue line on the field (14 meters away from goal). Check layout in the Football field and Facilities tab.

The TAR Asia Qualifiers Champion will earn a spot in the TAR U11 Tournament in Spain, competing against top teams, including LaLiga’s best!

More opportunities! Winners of TAR affiliate pre-qualifiers will also secure a place in this elite tournament. Additionally, the top 10 ranked teams from the TAR Asia Qualifiers will be invited to participate in the tournament.
